How long will my refund take to show in my account?

Once your refund has been issued we ask our customers to allow 3 - 5 working days for your funds to show in your account. This may vary depending on the payment method.

If you have paid via Klarna and have not received your refund after 14 days you will need to contact Klarna’s Customer’s Service via klarna.com/customer-service

If you have chosen to receive a GIft Card, this email will be sent to you separately once your return has been processed.

If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card up to the value of the gift card used. Any remaining funds owed will be refunded onto the other payment methods used. Please note the original expiry date of the gift card will still apply
