Will I be notified when you receive my return?

Our UK customers can generate their return via our website where all returns are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive an email when your return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Our International customers return their parcels to us with a courier of their choice. We recommend for these orders to be returned on a tracked service and you will then be notified of the delivery being received by our warehouse.

Please ensure to keep your proof of postage receipt until you have been refunded.

Once your return has been received into our warehouse we ask for you to allow 7 days for your return and refund to be processed.
