How do I make a return - I live outside the UK

At this time we are unable to offer free returns to our international customers.

Before making your return we ask to ensure your return meets our returns criteria.

All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is returned in a non-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request and ship item(s) back to the customer.

For all returning parcels; ensure the original delivery label is removed or hidden as this will avoid the parcel being redelivered back to you. Please clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel to avoid custom charges being applied. 

Once delivered back to our warehouse please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed and refund to be issued.

We require you to keep your proof of postage receipt until you have been refunded as Pretty Lavish does not assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
