How do I make a return - I live in the UK

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date your order arrives.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and to cut down on wasted paper, you’ll no longer receive a returns label in your parcel. You can submit your return through our portal for a refund or gift card. You can choose either a printable label to attach to your parcel, or a mobile QR code to scan at your chosen drop off point. Our returns fee options start at £3.95.

Before making your return we ask to ensure your return meets our returns criteria which is shown on our returns page.

All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is returned in a non-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request and ship item(s) back to the customer.

We ask for you to send the parcel back within the original packaging (ensuring the original delivery label has been removed/hidden) with your order number noted on the outside of the parcel.

Once delivered back to our warehouse please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed and refund to be issued.

We require you to keep your proof of postage receipt until you have been refunded as Pretty Lavish does not assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
